Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Paroera ships exclusively within the United States

. We’re working toward expanding worldwide soon—because timeless beauty knows no borders.

When will my order ship?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may extend to 3–5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping estimates.

Are there any shipping costs?

For orders under $50, a shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged. However, all orders over $50 will be delivered for free, allowing you to save on shipping costs and enjoy complimentary delivery.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygienic and sustainability reasons, we do not resell returned items—ensuring every customer receives a new product.

How do I return my order?

Simply contact our customer support team PAROERA.INFO@GMAIL.COM within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time, refunds are not available. All approved returns are issued as store credit.

Can I still change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please send an email to PAROERA.INFO@GMAIL.COM . Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

How do I care for my Paroera accessory?

Each piece is crafted with care from high-quality alloy metals. To keep your accessory in perfect condition, store it in the protective case provided, avoid moisture and chemicals, and gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth when needed.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Our accessories are made from high-quality alloys with plating designed for long wear. While many customers with sensitive skin wear them comfortably, reactions can vary. If you have metal sensitivities, we recommend consulting with your dermatologist before purchase.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, we do not offer custom designs. However, we are continually expanding our collection with new timeless pieces. Be sure to join our mailing list for early access to upcoming releases.
